RECREATION
CENTER Customer
Service Support Team
- General
front desk reception type duties including, but not limited to handling
membership, class and locker rental
payments, court reservations,
and basic facility supervision.
- Serves
a vital role in the overall customer service level.
- Operate
cash register and telephone, gives facility tours and program information,
equipment
check out, and locks and secures
building at closing.
Wellness
Program & Group Fitness Program
- Coordinate,
budget, implement, and evaluate a wellness program to include a variety
of screenings
and classes to meet
the needs of our
members.
- In addition,
the team leader handles outside contract referrals related to specific
wellness services
to generate additional
revenue.
- Includes
hiring, training and evaluating instructors, student interns
and or trainers, for various wellness and group fitness
classes or services.
- The
team leader assists with the general maintenance of the equipment.
Recreational
Sports & Instructional Program & Youth/Family
- Coordinate,
budget, implement, and evaluate a wide variety of activities
and leagues
on a semester basis.
- This
includes hiring, training and evaluating Interns, officials, and
or instructors
for related activities.
- The team
leader is also the athletic field/activity area reservation
coordinator.
- The
team leader assists with general maintenance of the athletic
fields and grounds for events.
Aquatics
Program
- Coordinate,
budget, and evaluate the swim team,
swimming lessons and related
aquatic
programs or activities.
- This
includes hiring and evaluating instructors for
seasonal aquatic classes.
Facility
Maintenance
- This
is a cooperative effort by all staff
members to
maintain the facility
in a safe
and clean environment for
our members.
- The team
leader is responsible
for maintaining
all cardiovascular
and
weight
equipment, in addition to
the athletic
field/grounds area.
- The
team
leader is responsible for maintaining general swimming pool
and blanket maintenance.
- Responsible
for supervising
general housekeeping.
- Responsible
for general
maintenance assistance.
- Facility
walk throughs
and supervision is
performed by all
team members.
- The team
leader is
responsible
for coordinating
major facility repairs
and/or
projects.
- Team
leader is responsible
for preventive maintenance
measures for facility
and
equipment.
Administrative
Team
- Consolidate
input
from
teams and prepare
departmental
operating
plan,
budget and annual
report.
- Responsible
for
capital
plan and monthly
reporting.
- Maintain
general
front
desk reception
duties,
including,
but not limited
to membership
data
and payment
collections.
- Develop
and
implement
procedures
for
overall
administrative
efficiency
and improved
customer
service
and
satisfaction.
- Handles
all
FMS
transactions.
