LIST ADMINISTRATION |
| 1.)
University Housing will administer the waiting list in a fair and
equitable manner. The function of the waiting list will be to identify
individuals who need housing at specific times. |
| 2.) The
$50.00 application fee entitles the applicant to have his/her name
on a maximum of two (2) floor plan lists per property from January to December
of any calendar year. This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE should the applicant
not attain an apartment. |
| 3.) University
Housing will notify applicants who meet the above criteria the month
prior to the month that has been requested. University Housing has
no way of assessing availability more than one month in advance. |
| 4.) University
Housing will make two (2) attempts to contact the applicant once
he/she has been identified for housing. Should University Housing
receive no reply, the said applicant's name will be removed from the waiting list. |
| 5.) Once
the applicant has been assigned an apartment number, he/she will
be expected to provide University Housing with a $200.00 deposit
within 72 hours. If University Housing does not receive the deposit
within the specified time frame, the apartment will be assigned to
the next applicant on the waiting list. |
| 6.) University
Housing strives to make our residents as content as possible, but
due to high demand by students for housing, preferences (i.e. upstairs,
downstairs, corner, or middle, etc.) will not be accepted. |
